SEATTLE, Wash. - Yikes! A recent study named Edmonds the distracted driving capital of Washington. The study includes stats from the Department of Transportation and points to phones, food, and music as the main culprits for taking driver attention away from the road.
In 2017, 276 distracted driving crashes were reported in Edmonds. Nearby cities, Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace follow closely behind - capturing the number six and seven spots on the list.
